Providence, RI, October 14, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Oceanside Mortgage Group Inc., a Providence based mortgage broker, announced today that the next topic in their continuing educational seminar series will be Building Wealth Through 1031 Exchanges and will be presented by All States 1031 Exchange Facilitator LLC. This seminar will be held on October 23rd at 5:30 PM at the Hope Club of Providence located at 6 Benevolent Street in Providence, RI. Mark Libby, president of Oceanside Mortgage, commented that “The real estate market today has had to deal with the complex issues of flat or depreciating values and the realignment of credit based loan programs.
