McFarland is a highly respected 30 year veteran in the Mortgage Banking Industry whose extensive experience includes a number of executive leadership positions. Immediately prior to joining Gold Star, Kim held the position of Vice President, Representations and Warranties with Flagstar Bank, wherein her contributions were numerous.
