ONEgeneration Announces New CEO and COO/CFO
Van Nuys, CA, May 30, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The ONEgeneration Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Eva Goetz as Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Kenneth Kang as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Eva will take on the role beginning June 2, 2014. Kenneth assumed dual positions effective May 12, 2014 and will report to the new CEO Eva Goetz.
Eva brings 30+ years of experience in fund development, administration, and nonprofit leadership. She previously served as Vice President of Advancement with the Partners in Care Foundation, committed to developing and disseminating model health programs. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Development at Phoenix House of California and has held a variety of leadership positions at Lincoln Training Center, Planned Parenthood, and the New Start Health Care Corporation, where she served as Executive Director, organizing their nonprofit division.
Eva will assume overall responsibility for ONEgeneration’s full range of intergenerational programs. Already familiar with many of the functions of ONEgeneration, Eva is passionate about our organization and enthusiastic about her new assignment.
Kenneth comes to ONEgeneration with experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer with Partners in Care. Prior to that, Kenneth was a founding partner for strateJEK associates, a health care consulting group. Kenneth has held senior leadership positions at Walgreens Home Care, Home Pharmacy of California, Health Research Association of LAC+USC Medical Center, and Southern California Saving and Loan.
Kenneth’s expertise in financial management, cost saving initiatives, administration, and strategic planning will help strengthen our infrastructure. For the past two months, Kenneth has been a finance consultant at ONEgeneration and his insights into operations make us confident that he will be an excellent fit for our organization.

ONEgeneration is a non-profit organization located in the San Fernando Valley whose mission is to enrich the lives of seniors, children and their families throughout our diverse community. ONEgeneration provides an array of services including an adult daycare, childcare, senior center, care management and nutrition programs for frail seniors along with the operation of the Encino Farmers Market on Sundays.
