Former Bronx Prosecutor to Appear at Barnes and Noble to Deliver a Message of Self-Love

New York, NY, May 30, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Former Bronx prosecutor and children’s book author Yadhira Gonzalez-Taylor, will appear at the Barnes and Noble bookstore located in the Bay Plaza mall in the Bronx, on May 31st at 1:00 p.m., to read from her illustrated children’s book, Martina Finds a Shiny Coin (published by Martina's Coin Publishing Co. July of 2010).

The 32 page children’s book is suitable for anyone over the age of five and delivers a humorous and vivid story in watercolor. Martina, a talented little roach-cellist finds a coin while sweeping. This serendipitous finding sends her on a journey of self-discovery. The story is an adaptation to the Caribbean folktale of Martina and Perez and it is designed to teach children the value of loving themselves before they seek love from anyone else.
