Ms. Winterquist is from Maple Grove, Minnesota, and, like most personnel at LeaderOne, has extensive experience in the mortgage and banking industry. She’s spent the last decade working in multiple aspects of the lending business. Having worked in many different facets of the business has been critical in her ability to thrive within the industry during one of its most turbulent times. “I learned very early the importance of always taking advantage of opportunities to learn and grow,” says Ms. Winterquist. “This not only helps professionally, but also personally as well. The value of knowledge is priceless.”
