Whitby Holiday Home Awarded TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014

Whitby, United Kingdom, June 05, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Whitby Holiday Home is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious 2014 Certificate of Excellence by the global organisation, TripAdvisor. This was awarded based on Whitby Holiday Home's Whitby Pad and Whitby Gardens Apartment consistently receiving 5 star reviews from its wonderful guests.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence are located all over the world and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website. This is the first year vacation rentals have been eligible for the award.

When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees that takes into account reviews ratings. Winning vacation rentals must achieve an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five. Volume and recency of reviews are also taken into account.
