Utah Intellectual Property Law Firm Workman Nydegger Adds Atlanta Office, Shareholder

Atlanta, GA, June 05, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Workman Nydegger managing partner Jonathan Richards announced Monday that the firm is opening an office in Atlanta. The office, located in the mid-town area at 1075 Peachtree Street NE, will be managed by Robert L. Florence* who was previously with the Atlanta office of McGuireWoods.

Florence is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property related litigation, with emphasis on Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) cases. “We are excited to have Rob join the firm – he is a tremendous addition to our litigation and pharmaceutical practice groups,” said Richards. With a biology degree from the University of Utah and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire, Florence litigates, counsels and prosecutes all forms of intellectual property in a wide range of technologies.
