R1 Gym Announces Sergei Beloglazov Summer Camp
Russian sports star invades Los Angeles this summer for one of a kind wrestling clinic.
Los Angeles, CA, June 05, 2014 --(PR.com)-- R1 Gym, L.A.'s Original MMA Training Center invites you to attend their 2014 Summer Wrestling Camp featuring Sergei Beloglazov. Sergei is one of the most decorated wrestlers of all time winning 2 Olympic Gold Medals and 6 World Championships during his competitive run. R1 welcomes the Russian icon for his only West Coast clinic this summer on Monday, July 7 through Friday, July 11 in the "City of Champions," Inglewood, CA.
Sergei will be teaching each day focusing on wrestling technique, strategy, body movements and competitive drills. As a Russian "Merited Master of Sport," Beloglazov is highly qualified to teach all levels of wrestlers from developmental to Olympic class. A former Russian, United States and Japanese national team coach Sergei is considered one of the best technicians of any era. In fact, American legend Dan Gable has said that Sergei's style is "what we want Wrestling to look like!"
Their 2014 Summer Day Camp is designed for high school wrestlers & athletes looking to develop a complete wrestling base. Each day will bring 4 hours of instruction starting at 9:30 am and will end with an open mat from 3:30 pm on. Camp will be held on the old University of Iowa wrestling mats inside the R1 MMA Training Center, a 7500 square foot private facility near LAX & L.A.'s famous South Bay beaches.
