CEO and “hairnista” Jaeda James’ love affair with hair started fifteen years ago. She continued to work her corporate job during the day and focused on Princess Hair Shop in the evenings. The response to Princess Hair Shop occurred so quickly and that James eventually had to leave her management position to focus on her own business of becoming an entrepreneur.
