Greenbridge Condominiums Welcomes Rivers Agency as New Tenant
Full-Service Strategic Communications Agency to Open July 2014 in Luxury Condominium Retail Space, Now More Than 85 Percent Leased
Chapel Hill, NC, June 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Greenbridge Condominiums, a uniquely designed mixed-use development which offers luxury condos and over 3,000 square feet of retail space, has announced that Rivers Agency, a full-service strategic communications firm, will open in the development’s retail space at the corner of Rosemary and North Graham streets.
Founded in Chapel Hill in 1993, Rivers Agency offers clients and partners a wide range of services, including advertising, public relations, marketing, graphic design, website development, search engine optimization and more. The agency’s president and owner, Lauren Rivers, chose Greenbridge Condos as the location for the firm’s first commercial space because of its central location in the newly revitalized community in downtown Chapel Hill.
The 4,700-square-foot office was designed with help from award-winning Chapel Hill architect Phillip Szostak of Szostak Design. Szostak, whose firm has worked on several notable projects such as the Durham Performing Arts Center, is known for his minimalist, elegant designs. He worked with Rivers Agency to design a space that is both functional and beautiful, featuring an open space layout that encourages collaboration among team members. This modern style is a direct reflection of the other commercial and residential spaces at Greenbridge Condos.
Under the present ownership of SMA Greenbridge Owner LLC, a joint venture with Square Mile Capital, the luxury development’s other retail and commercial tenants include H2Only Cleaners; Bikram Yoga Chapel Hill; To The Woods hair salon; Caravela Coffee, a gourmet coffee importer; Newfangled, a web development company; Integrify, a provider of process and workflow management software; and the Southern Environmental Law Center.
The condominium sales effort gained significant traction in 2013 and residential space is currently 82 percent sold while commercial space is currently 85 percent occupied. Seven residences closed in April 2014 alone, totaling more than $2.7 million in sales. Among the fifteen condominiums still available, there are one-bedroom floor plans for sale in the low $300s, two-bedroom floor plans in the mid $300s and three-bedroom floor plans in the mid $600s.
