Victor “Andy” Anderson to Present During Triangle Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association of the Carolinas Meeting June 10
Raleigh, NC, June 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Anderson Jones, PLLC, a full-service law firm serving North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington, D.C., has announced that partner and attorney Victor “Andy” Anderson will speak at the Triangle Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association of the Carolinas (ASAC) meeting on Tuesday, June 10. He will discuss retainage laws in North Carolina for both public and private jobs, as well as other contract issues commonly faced by ASAC members in their businesses.
The meeting will take place at the David Allen Company Conference Center, located at 150 Rush Street. Greetings and networking will begin in the upstairs conference center at 11:45 a.m., giving attendees the opportunity to briefly meet with other members and Anderson. Lunch, followed by Anderson’s presentation, will begin at noon. With a reservation made before Friday, June 6, the cost of attendance is $25 for members and $50 for non-members. Without a reservation, the cost is $30 for members and $55 for non-members. All payments may be made at the meeting.
Anderson maintains extensive experience representing business owners, municipalities, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in litigation and transactional matters, collections, lien and bond claims, construction disputes, administrative law, OSHA defense, contracts, licensing and related legal matters.
