About Christine Birdsall
Ms. Birdsall has 3 years experience in the law enforcement field. She is a Volunteer Investigative Assistant for the Troy Police Department in Troy, Michigan. She gives courtesy calls to Troy citizens regarding reports filed and assists in directing citizens to the proper department at the police station. Ms. Birdsall collaborates with the Lieutenant and is responsible for recording all reports in the system. She has been awarded numerous Certificates of Achievement, 3 Civilian Awards and 2 Special Achievement Awards from the Federal Government. Her most recent Civilian Commendation was given to her on May 15, 2014 by the Troy Police Department. She is extremely proud of this honor. Ms. Birdsall has also been presented with the Champion Award of Leadership and Innovation from the U.S.P.S. She is affiliated with the A.R.C., S.A.C., N.A.P.W., L.A.T. and M.G.B.T. She attended Walsh College in Michigan and obtained her designation as a Certified Manager. Ms. Birdsall also attended the Citizens Police Academy and received a Certificate of Accomplishment and Attendance in 2010. Previously, she served with the U.S.P.S. She is especially proud to be working with the Troy Police Department as they are there to help citizens and are part of the community. Ms. Birdsall has two children and enjoys volunteering at church and the Special Olympics, painting and cooking.
