Emerich is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and this is his eighth consecutive year of recognition. He is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates and his practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration with an emphasis on protecting and preserving his clients’ assets, minimizing taxes and avoiding probate.
Hackett, a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate attorney, receives this honor for the sixth time and fifth consecutive year. He represents clients in all areas of residential and commercial real estate acquisition and development and has represented clients in a number of high profile real estate transactions. Hackett also practices business law and counsels clients in a wide range of industries in the formation, organization, and management of business entities.
Boyle, a Florida Bar Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney, receives this distinction for the seventh consecutive year. He counsels clients in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, equitable distribution, division of business interests, division of retirement assets, tax issues, child support, parenting issues, domestic violence, and pre-nuptial agreements. Boyle also practices in the areas of civil litigation and real estate.
Holmes is the firm’s managing partner and receives this distinction for the second time. His practice focuses on asset protection, corporate and business law, civil litigation with an emphasis in contract, commercial and construction disputes, and real estate. He was born and raised in Charlotte County and has longstanding relationships with the area’s legal professionals, business leaders and medical community.
Lashway is named a Rising Star for the second time. This honor recognizes attorneys in the state who are 40 or under or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Lashway focuses her legal practice on marital and family law.
