Mr. Ainge brings over 25 years of relevant industry experience having previously served as CFO, COO and SVP of Sales for a myriad of SaaS companies.

Investools, then thinkorswim, Inc., was acquired by TD Ameritrade for over $700 million. Earlier in his career Mr. Ainge served in capacity of CFO and COO for multiple technology companies.
Mr. Ainge earned a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and his Certified Public Accountant certification in the state of Utah.
