Aihua Motors Expands Production & Export Capacity for Motor Starters and DC Motors in Chongqing, China

Orlando, FL, October 18, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Chongqing Aihua Machine & Electronic Co., Ltd. (www.AihuaMotors.com) has invested 200 million Yuan (CNY) in a factory situated in the Shuang Fu Industrial Area of Chongqing, China. The new factory, covering an area of 50,000 square meters, will specialize in the production of starter motors and DC motors, as well as other motorcycle parts. However, in accordance with the development goals of Aihua Motors, the factory will also begin to produce auto parts in the near future, thus enlarging the potential market for Aihua Motors products.

The new factory will provide jobs for approximately 1300 people, and will feature a five story dormitory and cafeteria that will serve as living quarters for the new factory employees. This follows the "live-in" factory model that is prominent in China.

Aihua Motors currently specializes in producing motorcycle starter motors (both two brush and four brush) - of which it holds a 20% domestic (China) market share - as well as auto parts, such as power window motors, DC motors, fan motors, and air conditioner motors. Aihua Motors products are increasingly being exported as well as sold domestically, and the additional factory will play a key role in ensuring that production can keep up with demand in years to come. The new factory is just the latest in developments for the rapidly growing Aihua Motors.
