RF Technologies is a leading certification body in Japan authorized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC). The company has expertise in specific absorption rate (SAR), radio frequency (RF), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrical safety testing, with laboratory facilities in Yokohama and Nagano. Founded in 2002 and privately owned, RF Technologies employs more than 20 highly qualified staff and generated revenues in 2013 in excess of JPY 320 million.
