Systems Limited Launches Strategic Alliance with Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Karachi, Pakistan, June 13, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa appoints Systems Limited as a Business Process Outsourcing partner for the digitization and computerization of Land Revenue Records in Kohat and Buner districts. Last year in May 2013, BOR and Systems Limited had initiated this partnership by signing contract under the same scope of services for three districts of Peshawar, Mardan and Abbottabad.
With this partnership, Board of Revenue, KPK seeks to simplify and streamline all its paper-intensive processes with regard to Land Revenue Records management in the two districts. Systems Limited is facilitating them to automate the entire document lifecycle management that includes scanning of land registers, indexing of each scanned register to enable ease of accessibility, and their revenue estate wise data entry. Subsequently, internal validation of data by deploying an efficient QA mechanism is also part of the process. This digitization would enhance the overall organizational productivity and ensure better security, while enabling Board of Revenue to extend efficient and quick delivery service to their customers.
In January 2013, Systems Limited had partnered with the Project Management Unit, Board of Revenue, Sindh for the computerization of Land Records in district Khairpur and earlier in December 2012, Systems Limited was appointed for the same set of services by the Project Management Unit, Board of Revenue, Punjab for the districts of Multan and Hafizabad.
