A resident of Newport Beach for nearly 20 years, Roth is excited about the chance to leverage her experience in retail sales and office management for the benefit of her buyers and sellers.

Formerly an office manager for a number of physicians, Roth grew up working in her parents’ jewelry store in Georgia. She has also furthered her education at Georgia Southern University and worked for a start-up company. Roth credits her professional work experience for giving her an entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for quickly interpreting the needs of her clients.

“The most effective marketing is to simply deliver a positive customer service experience,” says Roth. “I chose a career in real estate because I like to help people and promote good will.”

Having bought and sold a number of personal residences, Roth offers useful insights about how to estimate a home’s fair market value and potential for renovation. “I’ve lived in Atlanta, Jacksonville and Coral Gables, Florida, Caracas, Venezuela and Cali, Columbia. Relocating has given me an understanding of how to help people work with contractors and achieve a successful transition into new surroundings,” adds Roth.
