Future Electronics Offers Intersil’s HIP2103/04: 60V, 1A/2A Peak, Half Bridge Driver with 4V UVLO
Future Electronics offers the HIP2103/04: 60V, 1A/2A Peak, Half Bridge Driver with 4V UVLO from Intersil.
Pointe Claire, Canada, June 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components, offers the HIP2103/04: 60V, 1A/2A Peak, Half Bridge Driver with 4V UVLO from Intersil.
The HIP2103 and HIP2104 bridge drivers from Intersil have a configurable topology to enable half bridge, full bridge and three phase motor-driven applications. They provide an innovative safety feature that prevents voltage kickback, which is the leading cause of damage and deterioration of Li batteries. The HIP2103/04 bridge drivers extend battery life through a unique power management method enabling the industry's lowest sleep mode current to minimize power consumption when the device is not in use or in stand-by mode.
Features of Intersil's HIP2103 and HIP2104 bridge drivers include 60V maximum bootstrap supply voltage, 4V under-voltage lockout, integrated bootstrap FET (emulates the boot diode), integrated 1A sourcing, 2A sinking MOSFET drivers, the ability to withstand voltage transients up to -10V, 5μA sleep mode quiescent current, 3.3V or 5V CMOS compatible inputs with hysteresis, 3.3V and 12V LDOs with dedicated enable pins (HIP2104), and availability in TDFN-8/-12 packages.
For more information about Intersil, the HIP2103 Series, the HIP2104 Series, Bridge Drivers, or UVLO Half Bridge Drivers, as well as access to the world's largest available-to-sell inventory, visit www.FutureElectronics.ocm.
