Local Realtors, Linda Dale and Tim Connelly announce the first ever "Great Home Giveaway" where home buyers can win up to $100,000 toward the down payment on their next home. Linda and her entire team at Linda Dale Real Estate Experts, RE/MAX Action Realty, just wanted to find a way to give back to the community and the amazing people of Montgomery and Bucks Counties, PA, the suburban Philadelphia market.
Ambler, PA, June 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Local Realtor, Linda Dale announces the first ever "Great Home Giveaway" where home buyers can win up to $100,000 toward the down payment on their next home!
Linda Dale, and her entire team at Linda Dale Real Estate Experts, is joining hundreds of real estate agents across the company who have invested in “The Great Home Giveaway” sweepstakes that will allow the people of Montgomery and Bucks County, PA, and the suburban Philadelphia market, to enter for a chance to win a $100,000 grand prize and one of sixteen $10,000 prizes to be used for the down payment on the purchase of their next home.
To win, home seekers must simply register at www.PhillyBurbsGreatHomeGiveaway.com and get pre-approved for their mortgage loan with one of the Linda Dale Real Estate Experts preferred mortgage lenders.
The contest officially kicked off June 11th, 2014 and home seekers can enter now through January 31, 2015. The first $10,000 down payments will be awarded in early July. The $10,000 down payments will continue to be given away every two weeks through the end of December. The $100,000 Grand Prize winner will be announced in early February, 2015.
Anyone who enters the contest will be eligible to win one of the 17 total prizes available throughout the year. The earlier you enter, the more opportunities you have to win.
This is the first time local Realtors have ever joined forces in order to give away such a substantial amount.
