We the Creative Announces the 2013 Housing Authority of the City of Santa Buenaventura Annual Report
We the Creative is pleased to announce the release of the 2013 Annual Report for the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Buenaventura. The report was made available, both in print and online, on May 19, 2014.
Newport Beach, CA, June 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Buenaventura (HACSB) chose the theme of “Realistic & Optimism” for their 2013 Annual Report. This theme allowed them to showcase their 2013 achievements in a compelling way, and at the same time demonstrate the ongoing, increasing need for their services.
The “realistic” part of the theme was brought to life by focusing on how the Housing Authority’s 2013 accomplishments made a significant difference in the community, as well as highlighting their initiatives for 2014. “Optimism” was conveyed through the use of bright colors, bold design, and playful details to symbolize the hope the Housing Authority brings to all it serves.
We the Creative was responsible for the discovery, design, development and delivery of the entire report. The challenge of the report was striking a balance between showing all of the creative, innovative ways HACSB uses its resources to help others, while imparting that there is still a real need for funding and support.
By highlighting HACSB’s bigger efforts within a cleanly designed and well-organized layout, the report is engaging, enlightening, and makes a great piece for rallying support.
We the Creative principal Joven Orozco said, “Our goal was to create an informative, compelling report that gives an overview of HACSB services and their mission – something that a Congressman, a contractor or a potential stakeholder could pick up and immediately understand the good the agency does, not just for residents, but for the larger community.”
