Pacific Outdoor Living Parade of Ponds Benefits Descanso Gardens

Los Angeles, CA, October 18, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Pacific Outdoor Living (http://www.pacificoutdoorliving.com) is having a Parade of Ponds event on Saturday and Sunday, December 8-9, in the Foothills area of Los Angeles, with proceeds from the event to benefit Descanso Gardens in La Canada. The event allows the public to go to a number of residences around the area and view their backyard ponds, streams and waterfalls.

These backyard ponds, streams and waterfalls that are included in the Parade of Ponds were all installed by California Waterscapes (http://www.californiawaterscapes.com) which is a division of Pacific Outdoor Living.

Terry Morrill, CEO of Pacific Outdoor Living and its division California Waterscapes, stated “Backyard ponds, streams and waterfalls are gaining in popularity over the last several years. We utilize a new system of pond installation which was developed over the last decade, which creates a balanced ecosystem in the water feature and then requires very little maintenance and cleaning.
