Singapore, Singapore, June 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- ExpatFinder.com, the Singapore based expat website and services, revealed the results of a study on Brazil’s FIFA World Cup players that highlights the statistic of Expat Players in each national team.
The number of expat players per national team varies dramatically from as low as 0% for Russia to 100% for Uruguay. Key findings include France with 65% expats, Argentina 87% and Brazil 83%. England likes to keep its players home with a mere 4% of its players playing overseas during the championship season.
As many players play in championships abroad, they are faced with similar challenges as all expats in their everyday lives. Countries such as England (19.7%), Germany (13%) and Spain (13%) are the most welcoming countries for Expat players.
The study shows that midfielders are the most desired position with most expatriation. With 33% of the total FIFA Expats, the Defenders are then the most likely to enjoy the expat life abroad, followed by Forward (21%) and Goalkeeper (9%).
