Second Annual Eclipse IP Futures Conference Delivers Real World Insights on Monetizing Intellectual Property
Patent Value, America Invents Act, and “Patent Trolls” Big Part of Conversation at Event Hosted by RTI International, Neopatents, NC COIN
Research Triangle Park, NC, June 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Thought leaders from across the country met in RTP June 10 to deliver real world insights on monetizing intellectual property during the 2nd Annual Eclipse IP Futures Conference co-hosted by Neopatents, NC COIN (North Carolina Center of Innovation for Nanobiotechnology) and RTI International.
Topics related to non-practicing entities (or “patent trolls”), how to create and use patents to deliver real value in business, and new challenges created by the America Invents Act made up a big part of the conversation at the half-day event.
