Northern VA Pride (NOVA Pride) is Proud to Announce the First Annual Northern Virginia Pride Festival
McLean, VA, June 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Northern VA Pride (NOVA Pride) is proud to announce the first annual Northern Virginia Pride Festival, presented by NOVA Pride, at the Bull Run Special Events Center in Centreville, Virginia on Saturday, October 4, 2014.
The purpose of this festival is to celebrate the history, progress, and diversity of the Northern Virginia Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) community and its straight allies, provide unforgettable entertainment, a forum for local LGBTQ groups to network, and showcase pro-equality businesses and organizations in the community-at-large.
NOVA Pride invites all individuals in the Northern Virginia region and neighboring areas, regardless of whom or how you love or identify, to join them in making the first annual Northern Virginia Pride Festival a celebration for the history books!
NOVA Pride is currently seeking sponsors, vendors, and performers to participate in this celebration. Inquiries should be sent to sponsor@novapride.org or vendor@novapride.org.

About Bull Run Special Events Center: Located on the floodplains of the historic Cub Run in Fairfax County, Virginia, the Special Events Center is designed to preserve the open space and rural landscape of Bull Run Regional Park. The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority has developed the Special Events Center as a unique cultural resource for the people of Northern Virginia. It serves as a venue for diverse activities and events produced by private, commercial and community sponsors. Past events include concerts, craft fairs, athletic competitions, circuses, dog and equestrian shows, historic reenactments, and ethnic festivals. The Center can accommodate groups up to 10,000.
