Because of the strict and costly compliance brought by the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 to most companies, the PCAOB adopted a new internal control auditing standard or commonly known as AS5, which was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This new Auditing Standard, which replaced the older Auditing Standard No. 2, will implement Sections 103 and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
The Knowledge Congress has assembled a panel of distinguished experts to help make these policies clear to the organizations most impacted. The panel will present their findings, which include best practices in this comprehensive two-hour teleconference.
