UXArmy: Asian-Focused User Experience Testing Platform Secured Investments Valuing the Company in Excess of SGD$1 Million
Singapore, Malaysia, June 20, 2014 --(PR.com)-- UXArmy, the first comprehensive User Experience (or usability) testing
platform in Asia secured funding from a group of private investors, and the i.JAM Reload scheme supported by the Media Development Authority of Singapore. The investment values UXArmy in excess of 1 million Singapore Dollars.
As one of the pioneers in advocating good user experience on the Internet, UXArmy will use this fund to further strengthen its position as the preferred solution for gathering consumers’ feedback regarding their interactions on digital media. The UXArmy platform currently collects detailed data including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and navigation paths, which are then
presented in easy-to-understand and visualized formats. The platform also integrates the testing process with its own panel of Asian layman testers who would complete such User Experience tests and provide feedback to companies who have a digital presence. More innovative features and feature upgrades are in the pipeline to facilitate businesses in gathering data related to users’ experience so as to enable quick turnaround to rectify issues consumers face online. From such process, the end goal is to improve consumers’ satisfaction with the digital medium of interaction.
In the coming year, UXArmy will venture out of our home market into the wider Asia region as we consolidate our position as the number one User Experience testing platform in Singapore.
