Discovering a New Way of Bringing Employers and Interns Results

This program is designed to help companies and interns connect in order to find suitable additions to their respective businesses. They have designed a unique opportunity to build the bridge between interns and employers in a way that has never previously been done including a one of a kind boot camp and candidate mixer.

Hiring interns can be challenging. It is not the same as hiring full-time employees. One of the most important tasks in this hiring process is screening and interviewing candidates. TLAPR knows the exact questions to ask to retain the best data for effective placement. TLAPR Agency does all of the hard-work.

How the program works?
Interns throughout the Country, submit video introductions which are reviewed by TLAPR representatives who choose the best candidates for the pre-selection process. If selected, candidates then move on to a careful screening process, including an application, reference checks and phone interview. TLAPR Agents then conference with employers in order to decide the best fit for their specific needs.

Prior to being placed, the pre-selected interns attend a TLAPR skills based boot camp with industry leaders and an invitation only candidate mixer which allows a face-to-face interaction with interns and employers, prior to placement. Ultimately, this new program gives employers the opportunity to link with elite interns who connect with their brand, while allowing interns to create and build their reputation within their desired industry.
