TradeMark Properties Assists International and National Companies with Expansion in the Triangle
The Concourse Building Provides Prime Location for Business Growth
Raleigh, NC, June 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- TradeMark Properties is pleased to announce that an international consulting firm and a national biomass manufacturing and sales company are expanding their presence in North Carolina through the lease of more than 31,000 square feet of office space at the Concourse Building in Morrisville. The Concourse Building is located at One Copley Parkway near Raleigh-Durham International Airport at the intersection of Airport Boulevard and I-40.
The Huron Consulting Group is a consulting company with expertise in education, financial services, healthcare services, legal services and life sciences. Fred Dickens, senior vice president with TradeMark, represented the landlord in leasing more than 27,000 square feet of office space to Huron in the Concourse Building. The space will be used to expand Huron’s document review center that is currently located in the building.
“The Concourse Building offers an ideal office space environment for businesses of all sizes,” said Dickens. “We are proud that we could help Huron reach its expansion goals for this particular location.”
Enviva provides woody biomass fuels to industrial-scale customers. It is one of the largest manufacturers of processed biomass fuel in the form of 100 percent wood pellets in the United States. With a manufacturing facility already in Northampton County, the lease of more than 4,000 square feet of office space at the Concourse Building is allowing the company to extend its footprint to the Triangle. Dickens represented the landlord in that deal as well.
The Concourse Building has a newly redecorated marble lobby, an outdoor patio setting and ample free parking. Numerous hotels, fast food restaurants and fine dining are located within walking distance. Suites of various sizes are currently available for lease. For more information, contact Fred Dickens at 919-227-5508 or at fdickens@trademarkproperties.com.
