A 31-year veteran of the real estate industry, Spampinato’s background includes four years of service in the U.S. Navy on a nuclear powered submarine. He has also worked as a Fannie Mae REO analyst contractor for bank owned properties and a valuations director at a national asset management company.

With an in-depth knowledge of how to analyze the market value and physical condition of specific properties, Spampinato has appeared as an expert witness for real estate disputes. A broker associate, his vast experience in real estate also includes working with developers, builders, and a national auction company.

Over the years Spampinato has developed a complex understanding of negotiations, problem solving and marketing. Positioning unique, costal properties is one specialty of this long-time California resident. “I’ve seen a lot of changes since I moved here 40 years ago,” comments Spampinato. “It’s been very rewarding to help other people achieve the American dream and enjoy the tangible, inflation-hedged investment that homeownership provides.”

Currently a resident of Newport Beach, Spampinato has been involved in various ministries over the years. He stays active through hot yoga, weightlifting and racquetball.
