A full-time broker associate for the last five years, Martinez is highly knowledgeable about multiple aspects of real estate. Her multifaceted experience includes working for a real estate investment trust, a major bank’s commercial real estate loan department, as the administrator of a real estate law firm, and as an investor.

“Concentrating on sales is a natural extension of my previous experience,” explains Martinez. “I enjoy using my skills in contract negotiation and property investment to provide the very best results for my clients.”

Ms. Martinez has lived in South Orange County for 25 years and takes pride in being able to identify the perfect neighborhoods for buyers new to the area. An active member of her church, Martinez sponsors a Compassion Child in Tanzania and a missionary project in Kenya. However, her proudest accomplishment was homeschooling her three daughters, all of whom went on to excel in college.
