PowerStone Property Management Grows at Fastest Rate Yet
Nine new accounts in 90 days. Senior staffer gets promoted. Company grows by 22% in 2014.
Irvine, CA, June 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- PowerStone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced Kendrah Kay has been promoted to the position of Director of Community Management. Kendrah previously held the position of Senior Community Manager.

Kendrah works closely with homeowner boards of directors to provide guidance and training in all aspects of community management. Kendrah has earned the distinguished credential of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) and is an active member within the organization currently serving on the Legal Steering Advisory Committee. Kendrah is also an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI).
PowerStone has added 9 new HOA’s in the last 90 days including the Creekside at Villeurbanne Association in the City of Orange, which includes 250 Condominiums. In other recent wins this year PowerStone has added Associations in Indian Wells, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Tustin, Anaheim Hills, Lake Forest, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach – for a total of 22 new associations for the year.
PowerStone also announced that Courtney Buehler was promoted to Senior Manager. According to Debbie Evans, COO: “Courtney has been very strong in her ability to solve problems for our clients and definitely deserves her new position.”
New hires include Sean Green and Gavin Kuehn as Community Managers. “Our team continues to grow not only in numbers but also in talent and expertise. We’re very excited about Sean and Gavin joining or family,” says COO Evans.
