Gary Williams, CFP®, President of Williams Asset Management and author of The Art of Retirement, donates two hundred books to HeroBox. Once HeroBox receives the copies of "The Art of Retirement," they will place the books into care packages that will be sent to American soldiers fighting around the world.

Gary Williams, CFP®, President of Williams Asset Management and author of "The Art of Retirement," donates two hundred books to HeroBox. Once HeroBox receives the copies of "The Art of Retirement," they will place the books into care packages that will be sent to American soldiers fighting around the world.
“As the brother of a former Navy Seal, brother-in-law of an active duty Army Major, and the son-in-law of a retired Army Colonel, I wanted to give back to the troops in a unique way to show my appreciation for everything that they do,” Williams said about his donation of "The Art of Retirement."
"The Art of Retirement," with Foreword by former San Francisco 49er, NFL Legend and Hall of Famer, Ronnie Lott, uses the story of Michelangelo’s life and art to facilitate the creation of your masterpiece: a resilient, well-crafted portfolio along with a fulfilling life and legacy. This unique book serves as a life guide— helping you understand the art of investment management and financial planning, while also providing an insightful perspective on life and retirement.
“We know these books will be appreciated by our troops as they frequently request reading material. The donated books will be sent out in our Welcome HeroBoxes to newly registered U.S. deployed service members,” said Esther Cox, program manager of HeroBox.
Herobox is a non-profit organization that supports deployed, injured, aging and homeless veterans. Their mission is to provide the physical items and moral support our heroes need while away from home.
