After receiving a hands-on inspection, power supplies are repaired and tested with state of the art equipment right on the production line by IPC certified technicians. Upon completion of repairs, each power supply is inspected for quality, carefully reassembled, tested and packaged in ESD safe materials. AER Technologies is registered ISO 9001:2008 for Quality and registered ISO 14001:2004 for the environmental standard.

New equipment and training renders AER capable of repairing EMACS R2G-6300P and most server power supplies with IPC certified soldering techniques.
