GSF Mortgage Welcomes Second Branch to Sarasota

Sarasota, FL, June 27, 2014 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Kelly Oatsvall as branch manager in Sarasota, Florida. Joining Oatsvall is Warren Herman, mortgage loan originator. This is the second branch in Sarasota.

Oatsvall comes to GSF Mortgage with 14 years of industry experience. She started as a pre-processor and shifted into the roll of a mortgage loan originator. As a loan officer, she had more flexible hours, which she believed helps give customers a better experience. Customer service is the topmost important thing when it comes to her clients. Oatsvall understands that communication is key and touches base with her clients several times a week. She is available around the clock including weekends.

Herman joins Oatsvall with more than 35 years of industry experience. He started working for a savings bank and then transitioned to sales at John Hancock Insurance. I987, he received his property and casuality license. Later, he worked as a mortgage broker and real estate agent before he started commercial lending. Herman is also a licensed notary, which allows him to close loans.

Oatsvall and Herman have worked together for 10 years. The duo proudly helps to finance their customer’s dreams of homeownership. They understand that the more they can help streamline the mortgage process, the more successful they will be.
