Georgetown, Canada, July 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The 27th Annual Johnson Associates & Friends 9 Hole Best Ball tournament was held at the Erin Heights Golf Club where over 72 golfers teed off to a shotgun style start. 15 years ago was the only time that the Johnson & Friends Annual Golf Tournament has ever been cancelled in its lengthy 27 year history. However, approximately 30 minutes after the event was called off, the rain stopped pouring and it turned out to be a gloriously sunny day. Since then, the tournament has become a rain or shine event.
The prerequisite for the tournament is a below average golfing skill level, in order to maintain a fun competitive atmosphere andensure that everyone has the chance to win a prize. One of the most coveted at the awards is the “Most Honest 4-some” because it determines who gets first pick at the prize table.
