Hilliker Corporation Assists Investor with St. Peters' Purchase

St. Louis, MO, July 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation recently helped a local investor purchase a St. Peters' building with plenty of opportunities for retail growth.

The 71,000-square-foot building, located at 7874 - 7888 Veterans Memorial Parkway in St. Peters, Mo., currently has Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts as its only tenant that occupies 25,000-square-feet. The college recently leased an additional 10,000-square-foot space from previous tenant Sanford-Brown college, which had 34,000-square-feet prior to shutting down this location this year. Sanford-Brown college still has two years left on its lease agreement.

Hilliker Corporation agent Will Aschinger represented the buyer, Mase, LLC. Cassidy Turley agents Mike Hanrahan and Keith Schneider represented the Regions Financial Corp., which took over the building in June of 2013. The property was originally developed for the two colleges by builder T.R. Hughes in 2005. Aschinger will assist the new owner in leasing the remaining 12,000-square-feet of space to a potential retail customer.
