About Adam J. Ondrajka
Mr. Ondrajka has 4 years experience in the aviation field. He is an FAA licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic as well as a pilot. Currently, Mr. Ondrajka is a line mechanic for ExpressJet in Detroit, MI. In addition to his current employer, he has worked for PlaneTechs Inc as a contractor to Republic Airways and Airplanes Inc as a contractor to Kalitta Air. He is a member of the Aircraft Electronics Association, Aircraft Owners & Pilot Association, Professional Aviation Maintenance Association, the National Business Aviation Administration, several honor societies, local flight clubs, and is a Life Leadership business owner. He has written several articles on the dairy industry and on aviation as well as gives presentations. Prior to aviation, he grew up around agriculture and spent a number of years specializing in the dairy industry. Mr. Ondrajka was born on April 28, 1987 in Lapeer, Michigan. He attended Baker College for Architectural Technology and the University of Illinois earning a Certificate of Completion in Dairy Management in 2007. He earned Certificates of Completion in General Aviation Maintenance and Airframe Maintenance from Lansing Community College. He is finishing his A.A.S. in Aviation maintenance from Lansing Community College as well as a B.A.S. in Aviation Maintenance with a minor in Technology Management from Siena Heights University. Previously, he lived in Oscoda, Michigan for three years. In his spare time Mr. Ondrajka enjoys restoring vintage aircraft, woodworking, riding motorcycles, charity work, farming, hunting, reading, and family activities.
