About David G. Davis
Mr. Davis has 38 years of service and experience in the field of healthcare. He is the owner of Advanced Structural Integration as a heath provider focusing on structural body work, movement and education for patients and students alike. He does manipulation of the living matrix focusing on the processes of alignment, balance and symmetry of the matrix in relation to the field of gravity. The intimate interrelatedness of the body allows one to address multiple issues through the various systems creating space and opportunity for the body to align in grounded stability, support, vibrance, resilience and tensional integrity. He specializes in scoliosis. Mr. Davis practices and teaches nationally and internationally. He taught Personal Structural Integration and anatomy for the Guild for Structural Integration for 22 years. He taught the first class of PSI at a major U. S. hospital at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in 1993. He taught the 1st class of PSI applied to scoliosis in 1998. He is a member of the Guild of Structural Integration, International Association of Structural Integrators and the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals. He was on the Executive Committee of the National Certification exam program and is co-founder and co- owner of the Crestone College of Structural Integration. Mr. Davis obtained a BA in Selective Studies from Adams State University in 1975. He was trained and certified by the Rolf Institute in 1976-77, obtained his Advanced Certification in 1985 and certification as a SI Instructor in 1992. In his spare time Mr. Davis enjoys golf, gardening, running, hiking, camping, cooking and traveling with his wife, Lorain.
