As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative/Retention Specialist (CSR), this position will oversee all aspects associated with servicing home and auto insurance clients from initial new business quoting, proposal creation, binding, policy issuance, account setup to year-round service support and renewal.
This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and their experience with Gulf Coast Educators Insurance as a company, and its products and services. Other responsibilities will include keeping detailed records of customer transactions and follow upon customer interactions with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- One year of experience as a Customer Service Representative is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer skills including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Property and Casualty license is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
