Asbury Park, NJ, July 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Specialty energy consulting, engineering, and project development firm ENERActive Solutions, LLC announced on July 1, 2014 it has acquired Westridge Energy, LLC of Shenandoah, VA. Westridge Energy is a technology leader in the development and integration of energy metering and monitoring solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients nationwide. This acquisition furthers the capacity of ENERActive’s Virtual Energy Manager (VEM) service, a technology leveraged platform of web-based energy management that perfectly complements ENERActive’s core energy services business.
