INKAS® opens a new branch in Montreal, Quebec in order to offer full-spectrum security services to government organizations as well as commercial and private clients.

On July 1, 2014, INKAS® Security Services Ltd. began offering a multitude of services including cash in transit, armored car services, security guards, armed security, bullion storage, coin processing, ATM services and safe rentals in Quebec. In order to deliver cost effective and operationally efficient services, INKAS® has relocated a fleet of unmarked, fully-armored vehicles that are manufactured by its sister company INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing, to Quebec.

With the aim to provide maximal protection levels and operational capabilities as well as to reduce the company’s overall carbon footprint, INKAS® has deployed a fleet of armored Mercedes-Benz Sprinters that are both environmentally friendly and fuel efficient. These vehicles meet all of the company’s needs in terms of vault capacity as well as comfort for the drivers and security guards. INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing specializes in the armoring of Mercedes-Benz Sprinters; therefore their vehicles offer a higher level of protection while maintaining original Mercedes-Benz performance.

One of the biggest challenges in expanding services to Quebec was to start operations remotely from the corporate headquarters in Toronto. To overcome this issue, INKAS® Security Services Ltd. developed and implemented a proprietary Cash Management System, which allows the company to monitor, control and manage its entire process completely remotely.
