Lawrencepur joins hands with Systems Limited for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP, which would help them streamline their business processes, increase accuracy and timeliness in data access, reduce operational costs, encourage a collaborative environment and bring operational efficiency.

With this ERP implementation, Lawrencepur aims to achieve automation in all their key operations including the management of their financials, retail, order, warehouse, production and quality, procurement and customer relationship eliminating redundant processes throughout the entire supply chain.
This implementation will ultimately result in the provision of a single unified system to Lawrencepur with online connectivity to multiple retail stores that would ensure necessary data consolidation and real time availability of reporting data. Importantly, precise information on the availability of inventory positions across all warehouses would enable them to make timely and accurate decisions and to make realistic forecasting on its basis.
