DDA CMT Creates a More Cost-Effective Solution to Employee Training with the New IMA eLearning Platform
IMA introduces new employees to their corporate standards with this new employee training eLearning platform featuring synchronized media , customizable resource libraries, and certification testing.
Southampton, PA, July 11, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Dynamic Digital Advertising is pleased to introduce the IMA Employee Training eLearning platform. This online training tool was custom-designed and programmed for the IMA Group to help train new employees on the standard operating procedures for the organization, which specializes in the assessment of potential social security disability cases. IMA had previously been expending far too much of their valuable labor on training new employees; this comprehensive custom eLearning platform would help them divert some of their initial employee training procedures and thereby make for a more cost-effective approach to training medical professionals on their unique work procedures which have helped propel the company to the dominant market position that they have achieved in New York State.
All modules feature custom-designed PowerPoint presentations synchronized to voice-over narrations recorded with talent from the DDA Actors' Network at DDA's own studios. A custom slide transition was developed to help sustain user engagement on the platform. An introductory module briefs new employees on IMA and introduces them to important positions within the management team. This training module then moves on to introduce the psychological and medical exams that IMA deploys to assess potential disability cases. Users have the option to review a bank of additional relevant resources at any point during their training. The user then proceeds with either a module dedicated to a thorough review of the medical or psychological exams depending upon the practice of that given employee. After completion of these materials, users take a 10 multiple-choice question quiz to demonstrate that they have effectively retained the information contained within the training materials.
DDA designed a robust back-end administrative area that allows IMA to create new users and classify them according to area of expertise: medical or psychological. This administrative area also allows IMA to add and remove items in the Resources section for both the main Medical and Psychological training modules. Numerous reporting features were incorporated to grant IMA insight into how well employees performed on the training modules, with global metrics describing how many users are registered on the platform, how many users had passed each of the quizzes, the average time a user took to complete their training, and the average score attained on each quiz. Additionally, the administrative area identifies how many users got any individual question wrong to grant IMA insight into refining their training materials further going forward. The final custom employee training eLearning platform gives IMA a great way to acclimate new medical professionals to their organization's standards efficiently and effectively, helping to streamline training and ultimately reducing their overhead during the process.
