ADOMANI Adds Industry Expert Jim Reynolds to Its Board of Directors

Los Altos, CA, July 14, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Board of Directors for ADOMANI, Inc. announced today the election of Jim Reynolds to its Board. Mr. Reynolds is a 13-year veteran in the school, commercial and transit bus industry, most recently serving as the President and CEO of A-Z Bus Sales of Colton, California. During his time with A-Z, Mr. Reynolds grew the company’s top line revenues, profit and market penetration by double digit percentages.

Edward Monfort, ADOMANI Founder and CTO, expressed his excitement about Mr. Reynolds joining the board stating, “We are a technology driven company that has carved out a market in the all-electric vehicle space as well as the electric hybrid arena. We have many new products that are market ready including Class 8 trucks and school buses. Their repowered all-electric 40 foot 50 passenger Blue Bird All American school bus they delivered to the Gilroy Unified School District as part of a Health Trust/Breathe California Disruptive Innovation Grant was quite impressive. Their patented technology utilizes over 90% of the OEM parts to significantly reduce emissions and the cost of fuel from over $4.00 a gallon to $.45. The grant design also included solar assisted fueling. Joining the ADOMANI Board places me in a strong position to leverage my experience and network in the Bus and Truck industry in ways that will assure market success for the ADOMANI grid integrated, electric and hybrid vehicles and repower drivetrains.”

Mr. Reynolds served on the Dealer Advisory Committee of Blue Bird Corporation and is a member of the School Transportation Coalition Committee, the CalAct Professional Association in the Commercial & Transit Space, and CASBO & CASTO, an association for development of school transportation officials and directors.
