Bracket Jackets, LLC a marketer of orthodontic appliances that customize kids braces, today announced that it has signed a five year distributorship agreement with Niche Orthodontic Products Ltd. of Melbourne Australia. The deal grants Niche Orthodontic Products exclusive distribution rights of the Bracket Jacketz products in Australia and for several countries in Asia.

Niche Orthodontic Products has secured the rights to be the exclusive distributor of Bracket Jacketz in Australia and in 35 Countries throughout Asia including Japan, China, North and South Korea, India, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The company also signed an Option Agreement allowing them to also secure the rights for distribution in several countries in the Middle East within one year. Specific terms of the distribution agreement were not made public, but the agreement includes payment of upfront distributor fees and Niche Orthodontic Products has guaranteed volume purchase requirements.
