The new messaging interface allows the sending and receiving of WhatsApp messages. Recipients can be targeted via SMS or WhatsApp according to their preferences, context, news content or use behaviour. A user's response can automatically trigger a reaction, which has been predefined within the marketing automation function - analogous to SMS. With its ELAINE CampaignDesigner artegic provides a graphic drag and drop editor for complex and dynamical marketing campaigns in real-time.
Furthermore, the ELAINE ® Online Dialogue CRM with its Privacy Admission Control is the first technical solution for messaging services to include a comprehensive opt-in management for data privacy-compliant dialogue marketing. The new service supports the service and transaction communication, as well as the "No Ads Policy" of WhatsApp.
