New Direction for IFRM's Field Staff
As the IFRM continues to grow, it needs to improve the quality of field staffing. A New Operations Chief, Tom Plunkett is leading that way.
Lindstrom, MN, July 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- As IFRM increases training and equipping firefighters in need around the world, its staff size and expertise grow as well. Accordingly, IFRM are continuously evaluating new applicants and re-evaluating current personnel.
The evaluation process is focused on obtaining and retaining the highest quality individuals who can provide its host nation fire departments with cutting edge training, tactics, policies and procedures.
If you are considering joining the IFRM, they encourage you to apply. Few make the cut, but the rewards are well worth the effort.
