Roger Pettingell in the Longboat Key, Florida office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has been ranked among the top 250 real estate agents in the country by sales volume, according to the recently released REAL Trends “The Thousand.” Pettingell ranked number 239 in sales volume among all real estate agents in America. He closed 59 transactions with a total sales volume of more than $61.48 last year. Pettingell is the number one Coldwell Banker agent in Florida in 2013.
