Protochips Reveals Vendor Tutorial Schedule for M&M 2014
Selected speakers will discuss using Protochips products for research.
Raleigh, NC, July 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Protochips (www.protochips.com) is proud to announce that at Microscopy and Microanalysis 2014, several guest speakers will present tutorials that describe its products’ roles in their research.
Protochips designs ground-breaking tools to advance world-changing technology solutions. These include the Aduro heating and electrical biasing system, the Poseidon liquid cell, the C-flat cell holder and DuraSIN film and mesh products. Protochips will host a new tutorial each day from Monday, August 4th through Wednesday, August 6th.
The topics include recent developments in gas cell technology, the use of Aduro in combination with JEOL TEM/SEM and the use of Poseidon for elemental mapping and HAADF imaging. Dr. Raymond Unocic, R&D Staff Scientist at the Center for Nanophase Materials Science at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, will deliver the last tutorial on Wednesday, August 6th. It will discuss in situ TEM imaging for quantitative electrochemistry research.
All of the Protochips tutorials will begin at 5:45 pm. They will be held at booth 928, with the exception of the Aduro/JEOL tutorial, which will take place at the JEOL booth, booth 301.
